Fellow home and land owners in both Shining Mountains Airpark and Mustang Ranches, I want to let you know of your Board of Directors accomplishments since July 2023.

We oversaw the repair and improvements of several roads. We mowed overgrowth along those roads prior to snowfall of this past winter and cleared the roads of snow and ice as needed during said winter. With the help of Steve Kohlhepp, we replaced 5 road signs and metal street posts stolen this spring of 2024. We saved several hundred dollars by having the metal posts and 2 street signs donated to us by the county. We refurbished the No Trespassing signs within the subdivisions. We voted to have mag chloride the remainder of Big Sky Road north of Stearman to Waco Lane this summer. We have weed spraying pending as of July 1, 2024.

We changed tax preparation to another company to save hundreds of dollars. We reduced our delinquent accounts to a small number compared to past years. We developed a website for all members at mustangranches.org

We lost 2 board members that were immediately replaced, but we need other folks to join the board this new fiscal year.

My thanks to your current board for their valuable aid to keeping the business of our subdivisions running smoothly. They have done a great job.
